An agenda is a list of things to be discussed at a meeting - it provides the
meetings structure and hopefully keeps things on track.
Minutes not only provide a record of a meeting, they also may provide a
list of actions and the person or organisation responsible for a
particular action. By recording a minute it is possible to see
the progress of any particular topic, from its inception to its end.
Minutes can only be published once the Parish Council has agreed to
their contents as being a true record of the meeting they refer to and
signed by the Chairman. This means they will always be published one month
later than expected.
