AGENDA FOR A MEETING TO BE HELD ON MONDAY

2. Local Government Reorganisation
County Councillor Alan Whittaker will be in attendance to discuss the implications of the proposed reorganisation of Local Government and the possible impact on Parish Councils.
3. Minutes of the Last Meeting (attached)
4. Matters Arising on the Minutes (not elsewhere on the agenda)
The Clerk will update on progress on issues not covered elsewhere on the Agenda.
5. Prison Issues
Arrangements are in place for the meeting between Prison Service representatives; Officers from Chorley Borough and the Parish Council to discuss the proposed extensions. Members will be asked to put forward items for discussion at the meeting so that all points of view can be considered.
The proposed visits to the two sites will be further considered.
6. Boundary Signs
Members will be asked to give consideration to a possible design for the Ulnes Walton Boundary signs and consider further action.
7. Update on the Parish Plan

The Clerk will report on recent developments.

10. The Old School
Members will be asked to approve the advertisement for the vacancies on the Board of Trustees.
11. Planning
The Clerk will draw attention to any matters relating to planning.

An opportunity for Members to raise items that need attention or matters for discussion at future Parish Council meetings.
13. Public Forum
An opportunity for members of the public to raise questions or matters of concern for discussion at future meetings.
