The Parish Council is required to have a procedure in place for dealing with complaints about the administration of its affairs. A draft document is attached for consideration.

7. Use of Facilities at the Prison Officers Club

Report on recent discussions with the Club Committee regarding use by Parish Council of facilities at the Club.

8. Dog Refuse Bin – Wymott Estate

A request has been made for a refuse bin to be placed on the grass verge opposite the Club. The Parish Council is asked to give consideration to paying 50% of the cost for emptying.
